Is the .NET 3.5 SDK available yet?

Hi!

I am looking for the .NET 3.5 SDK Documentation (the most current version I
can find online is for .NET 2.0). If you could provide a link or information
as to when it'll be released, I'd be very happy. The .NET 2.0 SDK
Documentation is a really great tool and I keep it available at all times.

Thanks in advance!

Btw. I found this
(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=74dd6e2d-89c6-4e1e-af00-fc7d70f15439&displaylang=en)
but it's prerelease and hasn't been updated for quite some time - hence my
question.

The release I'm linking to contains the Microsoft Windows Software
Development Kit (SDK) for Windows Server 2008 and .NET Framework 3.5 - it's
quite a large download (and to install) if you're only interested in the
..NET SDK bits.

Thanks in advance!

Hi!

Thanks for the link but the SDK is even older than the version I managed to
find (unfortunately).

The redist is here:
http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=7755937

Not sure whether it adds anything to the help files or not. There is no
formal SDK on release, but you can download trials and Express editions of
the RTM here:
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/vstudio/default.aspx

If you just want MSDN for VS 2008 and not the actual VS 2008 product,
consider the trial of Team Suite. Burn the ISO and hit setup and choose
documentation only.
http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=7755932

If you want the 3.5 Library online:
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/w0x726c2(vs.90).aspx

Some items may still be marked pre-release, but I would not sweat it on
most, if not all, of the items.

The latest SDK based on RC0 of Windows Server 2008 and Beta2 of the
Framework V3.5 is here
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=3671E40C-D700-4509-9ED0-30E00EA38A9C&displaylang=en, I
don't think we will see another SDK before the release of WS2008.

Willy.
